FIRST IMPRESSIONS...
ARE CRITICAL

Our first point of contact will be a professional and fun area tour complete with extensive information about our area. This service provides the candidate or new hire with comprehensive information and resources on the destination city to include information on lifestyles, schools, outdoor activities and sports, arts and entertainment, city landmarks, cultural diversity, economic condition and restaurants. In addition we will select a qualified Relocation Specialist to provide an area tour of up to 4 hours in neighborhoods of the candidate/new hire's choice.

We also partner with you to find special needs or concerns transferees may have as they contemplate moving to a new community. As you are recruiting quality employees, we are helping you gather information for your offer process. When we help you succeed in attracting quality employees then we know we've done our job well!

A Personal Move Manager is the central point of contact and support for your incoming employee. Puget Sound Relocation will facilitate the entire relocation process from the city of origination to the city of destination.

MOVE COORDINATION

Puget Sound Relocation has relationships with outstanding service providers. By utilizing point-to-point discounts available for corporations we can obtain significant cost savings as well as provide excellent customer service. If your company has an existing contractual relationship with a transportation carrier we will work with your existing partner to continue their involvement in the moving of the household goods.

We will also provide pricing accountability by comparisons with our current moving providers. We will notify the carrier of move information, monitor the timeline, and review estimates for each associate. The final invoice will then be forwarded to your company for payment.

Our philosophy is to provide exceptional service for our clients and their transferees. They only need to call Puget Sound Relocation to get answers to their questions. When a family or individual is moving to a new location, they don't need a spreadsheet to keep track of all their contacts and various logistical issues...they can just call us.

About Puget Sound Relocation

Puget Sound Relocation is the brainstorm of two experienced entrepreneurial women who were already established and hardworking sole proprietors of their own real estate businesses when the 2008 economic crash challenged the business practices of large companies across the United States.

Jenny Bemis and Abby Santos partnered with Group Health Permanente to provide an exclusive relocation service for their incoming Providers who are hired to provide high-quality, coordinated care to a diverse population of hundreds of thousands of members. This beginning has launched a successful and promising relocation business. As the business expands and the reputation of their services spreads, the number of companies and individuals using their services continues to grow.
